It provides an opportunity to pause, connect with oneself, and find inner peace amidst life's hustle and bustle. With the serene backdrop of Peregian Beach, practicing yoga here becomes a truly transcendent experience.

We sat down with Karren to chat about her yoga journey and teaching experience:
Can you tell us a little bit about your experience and background as a yoga teacher? When did you start practicing/teaching yoga? My Yoga journey began more than 20 years ago. As my commitment grew so did my curiosity to know more. I participated in my first teacher training in 2008 and began teaching soon after. My interest in the therapeutic aspect of Yoga led me to years of further training in Yoga Therapy, Traditional Hatha and studying Yoga Philosophy. I have offered classes internationally and in different locations across Australia.
What is your favourite yoga pose and why? Trikonasana (triangle pose) and its buddy Ardha Chandrasana (half-moon pose). Such a beautiful feeling of EXPANSION in these two poses.
What's the most unusual location or setting where you've ever practiced yoga? Most amazing place I practiced Yoga was overlooking the South China Sea in an off-grid resort in Borneo, where I was also teaching Yoga.
When can guests join you for a yoga class? Guests can book a private Yoga session with me by appointment, alternatively, I run a weekly class at the Peregian Beach Community House Thursdays 9.30am.
What do you enjoy most when teaching Yoga at Glen Eden Beach Resort? Yoga is about connection, so that’s what I love about teaching, creating community. There is a moment at the end of class, when everyone looks so blissed out, and we are all one!
